Disabling consoles flash on Windows

Hello. It may be small enhancement, but on windows, connect function makes few successive console flashes appear (which means some commands are being run through the console). This is not convenient to see. I traced it and found that if we changed the creation flag for the function CreateProcesssW (openvpn/win/call.hpp, line: 117) to be CREATE_NO_WINDOW (instead of 0), consoles stop appearing.
