Restructure help

Change help as follows:

  • 'easyrsa' - Show top level status and instructions for help.
  • 'easyrsa help' - Show list of options and commands.
  • 'easyrsa help <COMMAND> - Show detailed command help.
  • Move 'utils' to command list and detailed help
  • Add in use algorithm and key-size/curve to top level status
  • Add detection for peer-fingerprint only PKI.
