Repair GroffExp for 3DS Max 1.0

The code for the original GroffExp plugin is still broken and needs to be repaired. Afterwards, do whatever is necessary to make the plugin usable again - i.e. find and repair crashes, significant memory leaks and other blocking issues.

GroffExp compiles. But a quick test has revealed that it is not loaded correctly by 3DS Max. However, that error could be caused by the fact that the used DLL was not explicitly compiled as XP-compatible.
