Tables: set `NOT NULL`

In the database layer (i.e., TracksColumn, MarkersColumn, and TrackPointsColumn) none of the columns are set to NOT NULL. However (almost?) all these fields are mandatory and should be therefore be marked on database layer as NOT NULL.
