some requirements need Python >=3.9, but when I create env 3.9, some others need Python = 3.8

but when I create env 3.9, some others need Python == 3.8
me toooooo!!!! that is a huge bug!!! how to solve it? can anyone help me?😭😭😭😭 求求了，来个大神解决一下吧 我在用3.11的时候它告诉我“需要的 Python 版本是 >=3.7,<3.11”，然后我用3.8，他告我要>=3.9，然后我又换到了3.10，结果他告我要<3.9？我最后换了3.9，然后它要>=3.6<3.9
