I get the same error with mp3, wav or flac.

our method only supports wav/mp3 files. it seems there is something different with audio files. Can you give me an audio example?

Thank You! I ended up using adobe audition and dropping the original mp3 into adobe audition then re-saving it as a new mp3 file and that seemed to have worked!
