Need more control when face is either too large or has 2 subjects in the input image

This extension is great. Getting great results when the character image is facing straight on.

1. But, I've noticed if the face is too large in the image the facial movements are very subtle, almost unnoticeable like the image of the swimmer in my video.

2. Also, is it possible to control which face talks if the image has 2 subjects, for example in the runner image in my video I wanted the foreground runner to talk, but instead the background runner was chosen to speak automatically (which came out cool still)
