download hub.zip from: https://github.com/Winfredy/SadTalker/releases/tag/v0.0.2 and unzip it. s3fd-619a316812.pth will be unzipped correctly to path SadTalker/checkpoints/hub/checkpoints/s3fd-619a316812.pth

No, unsolved at the moment. just tested with "--disable-safe-checker" but removed extension, actually result are bad.
