Could not resolve dependencies

Current Behavior: When trying to build with mvn package -DskipTests -U an error is thrown:

Expected Behavior: No error.

Steps to Reproduce: Run mvn package -DskipTests -U.

Other Information: It seems like the maven repository jitpack is no longer working properly. Some artifacts can be downloaded, others not. Letting them build again on jitpack doesn't seem to work either.
