Add feature to cleanup the container at startup

Right now we have a bundle that is able to cleanup the core by removing every CSAR inside. The problem is that the bundle will run that logic when it is started, without any control by the user. It would be better for the user if the would implement a check with the settings bundle for a "-clean" parameter and then do the cleanup.
