Update the copyright information at the top of our headers

Expected Behavior

We can brainstorm which license is best (GNU GPL, MIT, etc.), but we just need to update everything to match the OpenStickCommunity rather than feral as we've added a TON of new files and code.

Current Behavior

We have a lot of old MIT copyright from Feral's project. Most of our code has been rewritten by the community and we attribute, so we should be updating our copyright.
