Hello! I am currently running the bottom code with jupyter lab and whenever I try to run this code, I get unicode decode error sometimes or not. we have tried to use different encoders like latin 1, etc. it still would give me unicode decode error. I almost broke my monitor and I would really appreciate for some help on this error. Thanks!
