Help with my PCB files

Hello everyone, I am making a board that has an attiny84 controlling 4 servos and can communicate wirelessly via the NRF24L01+. Do any of you know whether or not this will work as intended, if everything is wired up correctly, and if I can program it from a usb (eg, the usb to serial converter is wired up correctly)?
