Using Full Calendar on GitHub Pages

Hi,

I'm new to Github and everything related to coding.

I have a whatsapp group where me and my friends organize our sessions to play sports, keeping track of all dates and who is joining for what is getting tricky as the group and activities are growing.

I thought about creating a GitHub page with a Full Calendar to record there everything and eveyone in our group can see it easily without having to install other apps or creating new users in other applications.

Can someone give me a 'For Dummies' guide on how can I instal the Full Calendar packages and make them available on a GitHub Page?, again, I have zero coding/Github experience and expertise.
