Ffmpeg create image YouTube specification option/command

Can someone help me to create image with YouTube specifications option/command in FFMPEG? Im trying to create black background 1920x1080 with text in center. I already found and know how to make a still image with audio and make a video in this link https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/YouTube now I need to know how to make image that match with YouTube specification
