Intsall llama2 from github locally

Hi there, is there anyone who have installed and tested llama2 model from their github locally on windows 10.... I have been trying for a solution from a very long time but there is something called "nccl" that isn't allowed on windows.. I would really appreciate if someone can get this sorted out!
