Enable rating on user profile based on their contributions
Rating contributors 🚀 🌟. If you see there is nothing existing which rates contributors based on their open source contributions, this is not yet competitive. But this needs a lot of discussion before we implement.
#96 and #97 have few starting discussion points already. We will use this issue to finalize the requirement/calculation before we go ahead and implement this.
Not only GitHub user should be allowed to link there open source contributors from anywhere, many projects does not use GitHub and many have their own git server.
If the issue has labels we have a good base to score the contributions. Here comes that many do not usually link the issue in the pull request how.

I feel it is really tough to rate/score contributors on the basis of their open source contributions unless we are only talking about code contributions [which is again a hectic task] because the contributions could be in the form of documentation/design too.
Even I have the feeling that it is very difficult(if we consider everything) but not able to have the feel that it is impossible to rate contributions and yes all kinds of contributions need to be considered. Initial thing will be rating on mainly code contributions closing labelled issue(s). We need to start with something and than work on making it better.
