DOC: Add kaleido bug warning for Windows users

In the process of creating a new project from the template (thanks for the update, seems much improved so far!) I came across the old kaleido bug for Windows users. I couldn't find a reference in the documentation and thought it might be a common place for people to get stuck using the templates.
