Essentially same as what 2ccf826a did for R.

  • [ ] Add test for "only_julia" in test_cookie (can use that for testing the project then with pytest --keep-baked-projects
  • [ ] Add conda julia deps, if possible to install that way
  • [ ] Data management task, Julia code
  • [ ] Analysis task, Julia code
  • [ ] Final task, Julia code
  • [ ] Incorporate Julia table/figure in paper/presentation
