Remove modules dependent on non-core products

MUnit contains several modules which are not available in a bare Smallworld installation/the sw_core product, such as:

• munit_eo_cim_adapter_int_tests
• munit_eo_cim_circuit_export_tests
• munit_eo_cim_mapping_tests
• munit_eo_dnom_design_request_tests
• munit_eo_dnom_station_export_tests

These modules should be moved to the Electric Office product.
