Update OSITrace

Describe the feature

  • Update and test OSITrace to be used in other modules, mainly osi-validation (see https://github.com/OpenSimulationInterface/osi-validation/issues/55)
  • Add test files (different proto versions): 3.0.0, 3.15.x, latest
  • Test OSITrace with the test files in the Github pipeline
  • Test and if necessary update lzma support

Describe the backwards compatibility

The general usage of OSITrace shall remain the same to ensure backwards compatibility.
