Requirements to OSI for a V2X-Sensor-Model(Receiving V2X-Data)

Describe the feature

The information is required which object, e.g.

• a vehicle is capable to transmit its position
• a traffic light it's current status.

It would be required a field if an object can send V2X-Data.

Describe the solution you would like

A first proposal would be:

• Indication if an object has a "v2x sender"
• an additional field for traffic light like next state (e.g. green) at timestamp.

Describe the backwards compatibility

It would be additional information which could be added without affecting previous versions
