Adding support for SBC like Raspberry Pi, etc with a docker build for linux/arm64/v8. Would be pretty useful for those homelabbing.

I believe that I am not the only one this build could benefit as Raspberry Pi are a good way to start homelabbing. And adding support for this build should be straightforward as arm is already supported.
