[Bug]: Change text and link in E-Mail

Issue Description

Heho The text in the information email is: This is an automated email from OpenSign™. For any queries regarding this email, please contact the sender [email protected] directly. If you think this email is inappropriate or spam, you may file a complaint with OpenSign™ here.

Expected Behavior

The linktext reference to a selfhosted instance and the link should be configurable from the config files.

(Same should be with the watermarks that get added to the documents)

Current Behavior

The "here" link doesn't have any url in it and should be a configuration option in the selfhosted instance.

And i think the text should be edited to show that this isn't an official instance

It would be great if, as part of this, the URL to the OpenSign logo could also point to the self-hosted instance.
