Validator for guests

Feature Description

It would be great if an validator on the login site exists where you can enter the document id and/or you can upload the document to check its signature and certificate against the server.

This would also need a better certificate management where you can add multiple certificates for validating against CA and old certificates.

Heho I saw that the validator is implemented, but it is only available for logged in users. Does an URL for the validator exists that can be used by guests?
