[Bug]: The button to confirm a declined signature does not show up
Issue Description
When declining to sign a document and providing feedback, the following modal which should display a confirmation button does not show up. Furthermore, there is no button to close the modal and make a different decision, if needed.
Expected Behavior
When the "decline to sign" confirmation modal pops up, a button should pop up with the text "Confirm". If a user changes their mind, a button ("X", for example, or "Cancel") should be presented to enable the user to cancel their action.
Current Behavior
When the "decline to sign" confirmation modal pops up, it doesn't have a "Confirm" button and the modal can't be dismissed. The modal also doesn't have a cancel or "X" button to close the modal.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a document template.
- Send the document to yourself.
- Decline to sign.
