I have the same problem on openSUSE Tumbleweed. I can't open the latest daily build either.

Go to openshot.org/download/#daily and get v3.4.0-Release-Candidate-14124 AppImage and give it a try. It requires libefuse2 to be installed for the AppImage to start.
