Is OpenShot capable of AI generated Subtitles / transcription?

Does OpenShot include a AI generation of Subtitles like transcription of the used video? Searching for exchange for ClipChamp

Example I would like to replicate: MS ClipChamp -> Subtitles -> generate automatically with AI problem with their Feature (beneath it`s MS and seems like not maintained or cared about): if the video gets cutted or some more added, the AI is overwriting every editings made to the already gotten transcript
