Render finished sound/notification

Describe the new feature: As some big rendering can take time, it would be nice to have a chime or a desktop notification when the rendering is done.

It's a small feature, but it adds a lot.

Describe the solution you'd like: I believe in user customisation, so I think having a setting to select what sound to play would be nice. But a hard-coded chime sound would do just fine.

A desktop notification is certainly a plus, but I don't know how easy it is to make it work for all plateforms, so it's less important than the sound.

Describe alternatives you have considered: I currently have to ALT-TAB back on Openshot from time to time to check on progress while I do something else while waiting. There is no other solution.
