Mousewheel roll does not work on the header of the tracks
Describe the bug:
The most logical way to do the track-management is through the context menu.
This context menu is available only on the header area of the track, not in the content area of the tracks.
But we cannot scroll the tracks if we hover the mouse on the header area and roll the mousewheel. For some reason this is disabled.
Thus, an odd situation is created:
- To expose the hidden tracks, we must roll the mousewheel over the track's content area only
- To do any track-related operation, we must right-click on the tracks' header only.
Expected behavior
- When we hover the mouse anywhere over the track (including the headers), a mousewheel roll should scroll the tracks up/down.
- When we right-click anywhere on a track, the track-management options should also appear. List them below the content-related options, and use a separator line.

Hello @raindropsfromsky.
Expected behavior
- Mouse wheel should scroll the tracks. Agreed. There is no reason whey it should not.
- The right-click anywhere. I disagree with this. I say this because as a user, I like the separation of functionality in there respective areas. When I am in the header, I don't expect to see any other options that may be part of the Timeline and vice versa.
I guess just point#1 is fine. Not having point#2 keeps the interface clean. 👍
I hope to see point#1 in Trello!
Here you go: https://trello.com/c/vvlB0V4t/184-enable-the-tracks-to-scroll-up-down-using-the-mouse-scroll-wheel-even-when-the-mouse-is-hovering-over-the-tracks-labels. Note: I found that there isn't a keyboard function (like page up / down) to scroll the Tracks. I put it in the Trello for that to be added as well.
