Provide a "zoom fit" (show all) button above the timeline

The new timeline is fantastic: It provides a thumbnail of all tracks and also shows the currently selected track in red.

However, there is a small issue: The user cannot see the whole project in "zoom fit" mode. (Maximize the zoom and fit all content in the timeline window)

This is useful when the tracks are long and if we have placed some clip far apart in the timeline. This can happen by mistake, or when we have deleted some tracks that were in the gap interval. In such cases, this feature will show the whole project, even if there are large gaps in-between the tracks.

Additionally, it would be a clever trick if the same button toggles the view between the "zoom fit" and "previous view".

This is how it works in other Editors

@leodf1

I must confess that this was not an original idea to begin with! I liked what I saw in the other editors! :)
