In the 'Split Clip' window, let the user click on the time slider to jump to any part of the timeline

At present, the user must grab the knob on the timeline and drag it across the timeline to scrub the video. He cannot click on any point on the timeline to jump to that moment. Let him jump to any random moment by clicking there, as shown here:
