Describe the new feature: Would be nice: Way to pass custom parameters to ffmpeg when exporting (for example multipass)

Describe the solution you'd like: Show the parameters used and give some way to ad my own in the export adwanced tab

Describe alternatives you have considered: Multipass and other codec specific parameters as discrete selections
