Please add hardware acceleration capability in Windows 10 environment!

Describe the solution you'd like: Seeing Hardware Acceleration capability developed for Windows 10.
Describe alternatives you have considered: Install Linux OS and run OpenShot. Go to a different solution like kadenlive, shotcut, etc.

Hardware Acceleration should be a high priority after the 2.6.0 release into production.
