Soundboard app for Wii. Includes 36 built in sounds. Users can create their own packs by making a folder in sd:/carhorn/packs/ There is a meta.json file in the built in package folder (Created on first run), Users can look at that for reference. Sound is 8bit signed PCM at 32KHz.
