Add WiiGPTii

WiiGPTii was removed because the website storing it had an expired certificate that they don't have money to pay for, but there's a new update coming out that I will make sure gets added to the repo. This PR reinstates the program. @Artuto @emilydaemon @GabubuAvailable

I'm still waiting for this to be added, the update is out and on github rather than the expired cert

it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for this to be merged. This isn't the efficiency I expect for a shop which is supposed to be maintained in an orderly fashion

Are you trying to update it via the application iteself?
