Fix page positions for sprites

Closes #38 , but still not sure about the N64 controller sprite (SPRITE_22).

This also adds a lot of dead code and it's more of a stupid hack. However, it gets the job done. There is a major refactor in C with XML as interchangable format planned anyway.
