AppVeyor CI: 32 bit x86 Windows builds

We should test 32 bit compilation.

Windows is a good target as a lot of people still use 32 bit OS, even on 64 bit machines. Windows will also need binary builds, so once we want to deploy, having 32 bit x86 builds on AppVeyor would be a good idea.
