Use EIP20Token in BrandedToken from UtilityToken gitsubmodule

Analyse the difference between EIP20Token in UtilityToken contracts repo and BrandedToken contracts. If the change doesnt have any security or any other impact then import EIP20Token in BrandedToken contract from UtilityToken contracts gitsubmodule.
