Business Requirement Currently, There are no ID request roles yet, In need of discussion on what should be done.

Initially, these are the actions that are expected for this role.

1. ID requestor

• can access registry to request ID only
• can access ID management module

2. ID validator

• can access registry to view only
• can access ID management module
• can approve generated IDs

3.ID distributor

• can access registry to view only
• can access ID management module
• can Distribute approved IDs
