Considering that the OpenSPP program management module is using the registry data, certain changes in the group and individual registrants may affect the computation of entitlements as well as the composition of beneficiaries in a cycle. The freezing of cycle and beneficiaries data is needed to preserve the information that will be the reference for the generation of entitlements and payments.
