Fix the migration issues of the SPP API module

The completed SPP API module was migrated to Odoo 17 but was not fully tested. An error is now generated every time an API request is submitted. The following activities are needed to complete this task:

  • [ ] Fix the migration issues
  • [ ] Utilize the bearer authentication introduced by SPP DCI module
  • [ ] Update the postman collection for the QA
