Fix Indicator issues in Group Registry

Fix issue on Indicator tab in Group Registry where checkbox for the boolean indicators are not showing.

Findings: QA Passed

prerequisite during testing: install spp_demo from apps if an error appears during installation and activation of the app, delete values from the registry>gender types, then try activating again.

Boolean type indicators now has visible checkboxes as read only image
