Medicine 例子prompt需要修改

Description

schema_free_extractor.py 处理LLM生成的key是name，而Medicine例子下所有prompt都是Entity，没有修改过来，导致NER为空，标准化也为空，SPO因为不太依赖于实体，不为空。可以参考kag/builder/prompt/medicine进行修改
