[Bug] [KAG/Indexer] Unable to create graph nodes for structured data

What happened
When i tried running different structured documents in the form of json and csv it is successful at create task level but it is not creating anything in schema after extraction, faced this issue for many documents such as research papers pdf , example data of your Medicine/disease.csv etc.

Can someone help me with this if anyone tried different things and got resolved with this issue. Thanks in advance.
How to reproduce
Follow the same steps to setup as mentioned in Quick start, give all your api keys and then start creating task from platform and upload the documents mentioned above and you will see the issue. creation will be successful and it will populate you view configuration,logs etc but it is not creating any in backend.
