I am new to this repo, but i see instances of maint-1.3 in github/workflows/codeql.yml that are not modified in this PR. https://github.com/OpenSCAP/openscap/blob/main/.github/workflows/codeql.yml#L5

Should we change this also and maybe replace master -> main since there is no master branch in this repo ?
