OpenSCAP still using old RHEL9 Rough Draft

In all of the documentation and for OpenSCAP and when I look at the security guide for RHEL9, it says they are based on the RHEL8 rough draft.

CIS has released the RHEL9 v1.0 documentation, why has it not been updated on OpenSCAP?
