strange behavior in Chrome browser

Describe the bug

• If you open e.g. the SIM Window and try to change the size of the window strange things happen. Sometimes it is not possible to stop changing the window.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'OR Lab'
2. Click on 'SIM'
3. Change window size
4. See error

Expected behavior

• After changing the size of the window you click on the coding stage or the sim environment and the change-size-mode stopps.
