add funding.json and backer page

This PR follows forum coversations in Funding Opportunities – Q2 2025. It updates how we promote the donation to OpenRefine by

• Adding a Backers page at /backers to recognize everyone who has donated in 2025.
• Adding more details regarding OpenRefine operating budget
• Introducing a machine-readable funding.json manifest at /funding.json and exposing it via /.well-known/funding-manifest-urls in compliance with the funding.json v1.0.0 spec.
• Preparing us to list OpenRefine in the FLOSS/fund directory by supporting the new standard.

Next Steps

• Merge this PR, then update our GitHub Sponsors page copy and tiers to match the new Donate page wording.
• Validate the live manifest with the FLOSS.fund validator and submit our project to their directory.

I received useful feedback this morning regarding the structure of the donate page and funding.json I plan to rework them to

• Reduce the number of tiers
• Create larger tiers for foundation and corporate sponsor
• Better make the difference between one-time and recurring

No, those were the kinds of things I was talking about. Some vendors have a link as a hard requirement for granting the license, but even if they don't, it seems a polite thing to do (and encourages them to keep offering the discounts).

We tried reaching out to c*****@o***.o** which is the email address listed in the OpenRefine funding manifest. Unfortunately the email seems to have bounced back with a The email account that you tried to reach does not exist error.

Could you please let me know the correct email address or point me to the right person so we can start the disbursal process?
