Support rendering for `ref:CRS` for stations

Stations in the UK almost exclusively use ref:crs rather than railway:ref for stations with passenger service. This is the abbreviation used on many ticketing sites and sites giving like train information.

This should be displayed as for railway:ref elsewhere.
